The Wigwam Country Club (WCC) is an Arizona non-profit corporation incorporated in 1953. The purpose of the WCC is to provide an athletic, recreational and social organization for its members.

The WCC neither owns nor operates any of the facilities of The Wigwam Resort used by its members. It has, through an agreement with The Wigwam Resort, arranged for its members, upon payment of an initiation fee, monthly fees and house charges to the resort, to have access to the Resort's golf, tennis, health and fitness, locker rooms and food and beverage facilities.

A ten year amended and restated Wigwam Country Club Use Agreement was made and entered into as of December 1, 2010, by and between Wigwam Joint Venture, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, doing business as the Wigwam Resort and Golf Courses and the Wigwam Country Club, an Arizona nonprofit corporations. 

The club is governed by its board of directors and officers.
